The centrepiece of ITI's teaching facilities is our cutting-edge Training Centre. A fully furnished two storey house with all the functional household amenities you'd expect to encounter in the field, the $1-million-dollar facility is the only one of its kind in the southern hemisphere and part of only a handful around the world.
Fully furnished state of the art cleaning and restoration training house Located just 20 minutes from Sydney CBD and 5 minutes of Parramatta CBD. The house is used to create a team-building experience and develop leadership skills for trainees across all of ITI's courses.
The house can be flooded with 5000 litres of water to create a real world water-damage scenario, and fire can also be simulated to expose students to the unpredictable nature of smoke and odour contaminated areas.
Eight state-of-the-art CCTV cameras are spread throughout the house and serve to offer students the opportunity to observe other groups at work and enable trainees to engage in valuable self-critique sessions.
We also offer a convenient bus or taxi transfer service that operates between the ITI Training Centre and your Parramatta accommodation.
